Wayne's surprise 60th celebration
This year is a very special birthday for a very special UYC member - Wayne Gorrie. In honour of Wayne and his contributions to UYC over many, many years we're planning a semi-surprise celebration for Wayne's 60th Birthday on Friday 28th June 2024.
The POETS will sail their usual Friday afternoon race, when the POETS return there'll be a special surprise in store with drinks and a cake on the balcony with a toast to Wayne.
Following this will be a BBQ from 7pm with the bar open.
Barbecue at £6.00 per head
To include a Burger and Two Sausages, Salads, Sides and Bread Bun
Vegetarian option and a Vegan option available.
Time from 7.00 pm
Orders by midnight Tuesday 25th June 24.
The Birkett field is open for camping and motorhome bookings on the website.
