Redistribution of Directors' Duties 17.3.21
Following the announcement of the resignation of UYC Commodore Paul O'Hara on Sunday, March 14, the Board has looked at redistributing various duties to cover the period up the AGM in early October by the Commodore and Honorary Sec positions remaining vacant.
This has now been done and in general terms our President, John Robinson and myself will cover the duties of the Commodore. I will also take certain duties of the Honorary Sec but our Racing Rep, Steve King will take the task on updating Articles, Bylaws and Governance. Other Directors will take off me some of the duties of Vice Commodore and projects that I currently lead.
