Development Day

• · Two hour powerboat refresher training. This is for any members who are feeling a little bit rusty with your powerboat skills. Who would like a quick refresher and some pointers.
• · One day UYC safety boat course. This one day course is a tailored course to the club and takes elements from the RYA safety boat course. On this, we will be looking at how to rescue, single-handed, double handlers, and how best to tow the boats.
• · Race box. Our master of race box systems, and OD Sean Brooks will be running the morning and then an afternoon session on how to use the equipment in the race box.

Friendly introduction to cruiser racing, no spinnakers allowed, for the Dennis Vernon Trophy.
