Dear Member
I hope you are enjoying the season so far and are making most of the many opportunities to sail at the Club.
So many excellent sailing events have taken place so far and it is only just June!
Behind the scenes, the Board has been working hard looking at how to optimise the structure and staffing arrangements of the Club to deliver the maximum benefit to the members.
We want to announce some changes that we think will bring benefits to the Club and its members and support the Club moving into the future.
We will be sending out a briefing paper discussing those changes and the reasons behind them and would welcome the opportunity to speak to you about them and address particular queries. We would have liked to hold this meeting face to face, however in the interests of speed, an online meeting allows us to arrange the meeting at shorter notice. We will send out a briefing paper, online meeting details and an invitation to submit queries during the course of next week.
We hope that as many of you as possible are able to join us.
