RYA Club Members' Satisfaction Survey

Regardless of your reasons for joining the club and how you spend the time when you visit, we want you to feel satisfied. We know it's not always easy for you to tell us directly how you feel, or what you want us to do differently, so we're conducting a survey to give you a chance to share your thoughts anonymously.

The survey has been emailed to club members, and will be open for the whole of June. It won't take long to fill in and, if you prefer, you can complete the survey in chunks. Each time you click on the link it will take you back to where you left off. It couldn't be easier. We know you'll be just as interested in the feedback as we are. After the survey, we will share the findings with you and let you know what action we plan to take.
