The full text of the newsletter is in the Members Area under the 2020 Club Safety Information heading.
The Government has announced from Thursday 24th September 2020, it becomes a legal requirement for all leisure and hospitality venues to display an official NHS QR poster linked to the NHS Covid-19 app.
This works in a very similar way to the QR scanners we already have on our site except that you have to download the NHS COVID-19 app from your App Store and do it through this. On every visit to the club grounds, you will need to scan the QR code when checking in. This is not a request, it is a legal requirement for all members to do this.
Please watch the video below for more details about the NHS Covid-19 app.

THIS IS NOW A LEGAL REQUIREMENT
For those members who do not have a smart phone - you must notify Mark Humphries by email in advance of attending the club. In order to ensure members are supported with this change of process and to ensure members' safety, the gate will controlled and supervised over this weekend. Further guidance will follow in response to the new government restrictions. Member support and compliance is essential in order that the club can continue to remain open and we can enjoy sailing.
