Joan Noble

We are so sad to be letting everyone know that Joan Noble died on Sunday, May 10, aged 84. Joan and her late husband Bob joined UYC with their sons Lester and Lee in 1972. They sailed a Fireball together and soon became an integral part of club life. They both loved Ullswater and remained fervent and committed club members for the rest of their lives. Everyone who knew her will remember her as a lovely lady, always kind and sincere. Our thoughts are with Lester and Lee and all of Joan's family. Joan is pictured with her granddaughter Julia.
