Northern Club Championships 3rd and 4th October 2026

The Northern Club Championships is set to be the premier end-of-season all-classes handicap event, bringing together sailors from across the region to compete for the title of Northern Club Champion.

Racing will take place over two days, with five races scheduled across a variety of courses. All boats compete on a single start line, creating exciting and competitive racing between a diverse fleet of dinghies. One discard will apply, and the combined results will determine the top five clubs.

The leading five clubs will each qualify 3 boats for the Championship Sail-Off. With all previous scores discarded, the finalists will go head-to-head in a winner-takes-all race to decide the Northern Club Champion. The final promises a thrilling spectacle, watched from the shore by competitors, supporters and team members alike.
