Sail Camp Booking Instructions
To secure your child's place at Sail Camp 2026, please complete the booking form below:
Places are limited and will be allocated on a priority basis, so we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.
Before You Book A Few Important Things to Know
1. Who Can Come?
Sail Camp is mainly for members' children, who will be given priority when places are allocated. We usually have space for extended family members as well, such as grandchildren, and are happy to offer them places where possible.
2. Camping Life
Camping is all part of the adventure! Children will stay at the Club's campsite in small group tents (usually 3-4 children of a similar age).
It's a brilliant way to make new friends and feel part of the Club but please do consider carefully whether your child will be comfortable camping for a full week.
3. We Need You Too!
Sail Camp is run entirely by volunteers, and we can't do it without you.
For each child booked onto Sail Camp, parents/carers must commit to at least 12 hours of volunteering, completed across one 8-hour day (Monday-Thursday) during camp week.
Jobs might include:
Helping in the kitchen
Cleaning
Supervising the campsite
These roles are vital to making Sail Camp safe, smooth and fun for everyone, so please only book if you're able to help.
Evening & Night Watch Volunteers Needed
This year, we're looking for either two parents from different families or one couple to camp on site for the whole week and support us as Evening & Night Watch volunteers.
This role helps Sail Camp run smoothly once the boats are away. You'll be involved in:
Supporting evening activities
Helping settle the children and get them to bed
Keeping an eye on the campsite until everyone is settled
Being on call overnight, just in case you're needed
The good news? No early starts the next morning!
This role is a huge help to the Sail Camp team and plays an important part in keeping everyone safe, settled and happy overnight.
If you enjoy camping, are good with children, and would like to be at the heart of Sail Camp life, we'd love to hear from you.
If you feel this is something you can help with, please contact Jack Allen at
4. Campsite Rules
For safeguarding reasons, the campsite is exclusively for Sail Campers and Sail Camp volunteers during the week.
No other adults may stay on site, and this includes use of all facilities such as the bar and bar area.
What Happens Next?
Closer to the time, we'll be in touch with:
