Daffodil Regatta, April 22 & 23, 2023
Entries are now open for Ullswater Yacht Club's first open event of the season, the Daffodil Regatta on Saturday and Sunday, April 22 and 23. There'll be daffodils galore at the prizegiving as UYC joins in Ullswater's spring celebrations in praise of Wordsworth's favourite flower.
The Daffodil Regatta offers great racing in beautiful surroundings and racers of all classes are welcome. It is also a travellers event for the Musto Skiffs, VX Ones and the club is pleased to welcome members of the OK fleet in the singlehanded handicap class for a new event on their travellers' circuit. Racing will be split into two fleets, a windward/leeward for the asymmetrics and a mixture of courses for the other handicap boats. All fleets will sail six races over the weekend - three on Saturday, start not before 1pm, and three on Sunday, start not before 11am, with a briefing at 11am on the Saturday.

Daffodil Regatta 2023
Entries close at midnight on April 19. Entries can be made at registration on the Saturday, subject to a £10 surcharge.
